Submission
Submissions will be received in electronic format. Please upload submissions through our secure server, which can be accessed by signing in with the Unique Registration Number provided at registration.
Requirements:
- Please submit 1 poster sized board at 150 DPI 36”x48” or A0 in .jpg format. The maximum file size able to upload is 8mb.
- The poster submission should include conceptual or rough schematic level design drawings including a site plan, building plan, 2 sections, 4 elevations, two 3 dimensional views of the project, a general outline of construction techniques, a brief summary of the project, an ARCHIVE logo and Submission ID in the lower right hand corner as well as any additional supporting graphic material. Text can be in English or French at no smaller than 12 point font using Verdana. See Appendix for logo.
- Please also submit a design descriptive in a Pdf format. This is a written statement of the submission’s design intent and includes relevant graphics. It must include conceptual goals, the influence of health on the project proposal, the overall design descriptive, technical information about the project, a conceptual structural proposal, an initial budget and an outline description of construction methods. Include an ARCHIVE logo and Submission ID on each page in the lower right hand corner. Use 10 pt Verdana font single spaced. This information will be utilized for a Compendium booklet of proposed submissions. French and English submissions are both acceptable.
- The descriptive is a maximum 12 pages and should be on 8 1/2” x 11” or A4 pages.
