Registration deadline is November 1, 2007.
There will be a registration fee of US $5 for each entrant who reside in developed countries.  You DO NOT have to pay a fee if you live in a developing or under-developed country.   If your country is listed here you are not required to pay a fee.  Registration forms along with fees should be submitted by the above date. (If applicable) Make checks payable to the ARCHIVE Institute or submit your registration fee online using paypal.

All registration fees are used solely to purchase books and art supplies for additional winners from developing countries. Waivers for fees will be granted to all entrants who make a request for such in writing.

Final Submissions are due on November 29, 2007.

Submissions can be either in digital or printed format.

For both formats, poster size should be a maximum of: 18in x 24in or 457mm x 610mm.

Media:  Any. Use any physical media you feel will best express your artistic intent and message.

Your Contact/Written Information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and/or email address either on the back of your poster or separately, (whichever applies), in your submission email or on a separate piece of paper (whichever applies).  All entries should accompany a short written description of their entry.  This is NOT TO EXCEED 100 words in length.

Digital Submissions are to be made in PDF or JPEG format and can be done through the competition website.  Files should be no more than 4 mb in size.  Be prepared to submit a hardcopy if your entry is one of the finalists selected for exhibition.  Submissions should be made to:
